MAPFRE COLOMBIA is the first company within the Group to adopt the global corporate Self-service model. This project aims to ensure operational efficiency, a greater number of operations available to clients, and their increased satisfaction. The objective is to be operational by early 2019, combining the experience and knowledge of the local business with the capacity of the global self-service model offered by the Operations and Technology-Processes Corporate Managements.
