This is according to the Merco report, which places MAPFRE fifth in the 2016 Merco Corporate Responsibility and Governance ranking, jumping up six positions with respect to 2015. The company remains the most highly rated insurer in this study.

Likewise, MAPFRE has been selected as the brand that people feel is closest to reality, according to the study Brand Reality Index 17, the first report published in Spain on the most coherent companies.
