Given the resurgence of bicycle use in the cities, Panama is fully committed to the use of the bike, but wants this to be within a safe environment for children. This is why the mayor’s office of Panama and the Mónica Licona Foundation have launched Biciescuela, a free project supported by Fundación MAPFRE which aims to teach children to be responsible cyclists, pedestrians and drivers.
