For the first time the invitation was extended to the Latin American countries and a Global Client Forum was held with 16 countries attending.
Eduardo Pérez de Lema, CEO of MAPFRE RE, brought the event to a close. The issues addressed there included insuring connected cars, natural disasters, quotations for proportional contracts and enterprise risk management.
