Having been duly approved by the Executive Committee, it lays down the guidelines for all activities we undertake using digital technologies on the Internet, applicable throughout the MAPFRE Group. Among the objectives of this document are: the optimization of acquisition costs; customer orientation; monitoring and analysis; data security and management; or the uniform measurement of the activity in this field.

This Policy is applicable to those processes related to the creation and execution of Digital Marketing activities in all of MAPFRE’s Business Units and Corporate Areas.
