MAPFRE Accionistas, un valor único is an initiative which aims to bring the company’s day-to-day operations closer to its shareholders and maintain a more fluid relationship with them. A recently-launched newsletter offers them up-to-date, direct information on MAPFRE, as well as graphics depicting the performance of the business.
In addition, MAPFRE has initiated a series of meetings with this group to explain to them firsthand the progress of the company’s business. To date there have been two meetings, one in Madrid and another in Barcelona, to be followed by others in various Spanish cities. Moreover, the company recently organized a free finance course for its shareholders.
This plan forms part of the company’s commitment to transparency and aims to advance and strengthen the company’s relationship with this group, of which MAPFRE is especially proud.
