GREAT SUCCESS OF THE FIRST ONLINE Q&A SESSIONS WITH ANTONIO HUERTAS
In his first in-house online Q&A, our chairman responded over the global intranet for about an hour and a half to the 170 questions received from employees. From Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Spain, Portugal, Mexico or USA, among other countries, they mainly posed questions about the company and the industry.
This online Q&A marked a milestone in the company’s communication policy, a clear commitment to transparency and a reflection of the commitment and motivation of the MAPFRE employees.
A week later, the chairman also participated in an online Q&A on Twitter, where he answered questions from the Internet community. Antonio Huertas thus became the first chairman of an IBEX 35 company to do a live Q&A on this social network. The event was followed live by close to 6,000 people and the video has already been viewed close to 40,000 times.
